500ml Hokkaido 3.6 Milk (or any full fat milk)
3Tbsp Sugar
3sheets (2.5g@) / 2.5tsp of Gelatin/ Gelatin Powder
50ml Cream (optional)
~ if you choose to add in cream, use 450ml of milk.
